Non-Vintage by Wolf Blass from Australia. This wine is light to medium straw in color with a hint of green. Complex aromas of fresh fruit and creamy yeast are perfectly balanced on the nose. On the fine palate, green apple chardonnay flavours and strawberry Pinot Noir characters are complemented with a crisp lively acidity. An outstanding sparkling for the price. Enjoy as an aperitif or will pair well with many foods.

Non-Vintage by Freixenet from Spain. 35% Macabeo, 25% Xarel?lo, 40% Parellada. A Cava with an exceptional, fresh, fruity style and a lingering aroma. It is the perfect partner for the finest food and excellent at any time.

Non-Vintage by Freixenet from Spain. Aged in the bottle for approximately three years, the Cordon Negro Extra Dry is less austere than the Brut. Delicate and clean, it features a mellow, balanced flavor. Excellent as an aperitif.

Non-Vintage by Dom. Ste. Michelle from Columbia Valley, Washington. This elegant wine is dry to medium dry. Pear and pineapple aromas leap out of this sparkler while flavors of crisp green apple are lively on the palate. An appealing toasty, coconut finish completes this classic wine. Blanc de Blancs is made primarily from Chardonnay and has essentially the same fruit profile. Non-Vintage by Dom. Ste. Michelle from Columbia Valley, Washington. This Cuvee Brut is elegantly delicate and balanced with a crisp methode champenois character. Although ideally lean and sophisticated, there is plenty of structure and excellent viscosity for a satisfying mouthfeel. A persistent column of tiny beading, plus marked hints of strawberry and toast make this sparkler absolutely irresistible.

Non-Vintage by Dom. Ste. Michelle from Columbia Valley, Washington. This distinctive medium dry wine shows off an attractive plum skin hue. The Blanc de Noirs exhibits delightful spicy characteristics of ripe raspberry and strawberry aromas and flavors.

Vintage by Saint Hilaire from Languedoc-Roussillon, France - regions. France's Oldest Sparkling Wine! More than a century before champagne, the Benedictine Monks of the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire in the Southern foothills of Limoux had created France's Very First Sparkling Wine. Today, over four and a half centuries later, Saint-Hilaire Blanquette de Limoux is made in the very same foothills of Southern France.

Non-Vintage by Marquis de la Tour from Loire, France - regions. Opens with a bouquet of apple cider. A nice mousse, crispness, and an apple, bready, creamy palate with nuances of citrus and nuts and a bit of astringency leads to a finish which is broader than long. There's a lot of freshly baked bread aromas in this delightful bubbly, along with peach pie and even apricot. This is an intense wine, dry and scouring and the crisp tartness follows through on the finish.

Non-Vintage by Segura Viudas from Spain. An elegant Cava, this feels rich and composed... Wine & Spirits Aria Estate Brut is a dry, lively refreshment appropriate for any occasion. Its flavor is dominated by fresh pineapple, almonds, honey and straw, with hints of pears and fresh bread.

Ros? by Cristalino from Spain. 60% Pinot Nior, 40% Trepat Beautiful scents of raspberry and cherry on the nose with fresh, clean strawberry and cherry flavors in the mouth and a consistent bead. The finish is clean and crisp and invites another sip. Cristalino Brut Rose Cava is an excellent match for fried appetizers such as calamari or light desserts such as creme brulee. It is also excellent on its own or with fresh fruit.
