Vintage by Iron Horse from Russian River, California. The same base wine as Classic Vintage Brut, but with a richer dosage, which makes it more opulent, slightly sweeter and heightens the fruit. Originally designed for the historic Reagan-Gorbachev Summit Meetings ending the Cold War. According to USA Today, an intertwining of the arts of diplomacy and gastronomy. Delicious before, during or even as dessert. Especially fun with a handful of pomegranate seeds bobbing in the glass.

Non-Vintage by Henriot from Champagne, France - regions. A beautiful gold colour. The bubbles are persistent, fine and regular. The nose is pleasant, made very elegant by the large amount of Chardonnay. The Brut Souverain is sharp, well balanced and harmonious on the palate. There is just a suggestion of color.... It's very sensuous, and the wine bursts immediately into a complex play of scents. Dusty pollen, fresh-cut flowers and sweet fruits mingle invitingly, leading you into flavors of pomegranate, cranberry and spice. Non-Vintage by J from Sonoma County, California. 55% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir, 2% Pinot Meunier Celebrating twenty years of winemaking excellence, J Cuvee 20 proudly displays an exceptional, stylish assemblage from cool-climate vineyard sites in the Russian River Valley. This J non-vintage Brut gracefully opens up with crisp lemon peel, honeysuckle and delicate yeast aromas. Upon entry, these notes follow through to a mix of Fuji apple and grapefruit interlaced with toast, caramel and almond flavors on the mid-palate. The acidity adds just enough liveliness and the citrus zest leads to a lingering, warm pear and lush finish. Demonstrating an illustrious combination of yesterday and today, its fresh exuberance showcases layers of depth and complexity.

Vintage by Zardetto from Veneto, Italy. This elegant Prosecco shows ample and inviting aromas of apples, pears, apricots and pineapple with a pleasant note of glazed almonds on the finish. This sparkling wine is extremely versatile and can be served as an aperitif with light dishes and with traditional desserts, such as pastries or fruit tarts, or simply by itself at the end of a meal.

Color: Pale yellow Aroma: Aromas of grapefruit citrus-blossom, and fresh baked vanilla-caramel ladyfingers ride the pinpoint bubbles up into your senses. Taste: The flavor is a parquetry of Nashi pear, citrus blossom honey with an extra juicy, creme puff center. The finish is long lasting and fresh fruited, while retaining an amazing mineral structure throughout.

Vintage by Argyle from Willamette Valley, Oregon. Millions of tiny bubbles carry aromas of pear tart, honeysuckle, and vanilla bean. The flavor is zingy, with a blend of citrus, pear, vanilla spice, and yeast. The creamy texture is supported by quarried rock mineral structure. The finish is complex and very, very fresh.

Ros? by Jansz from Australia. The Jansz Premium NV Rose is based upon Jansz wines of several vintages. Specially selected and crafted individual batches from cool climate locations in Tasmania, form this wine. Every site used to source grapes is specifically designated to growing fruit for sparkling wine. All batches are kept separate during winemaking to maximise blending options and the complexity of the final wines. The wine then goes through secondary fermentation in bottles and is aged on yeast lees for as long as possible with the average age of the final blend being 18 months to two years.

Quiches, glazed hams, beets, vichyssoise, gazpacho and chowders, all traditionally challenging wine matches, are enchanted by Rosa Regale. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, trifles and hazelnut tortes are also elevated by this frothy wine.

Ros? by Lucien Albrecht from Alsace, France - regions. The grapes are hand picked. The whole cluster grapes are directly pressed in a pneumatic press with a long and soft pressing, hence the coral/ light pink salmon color. Cremant Rose is made by the Champagne Methode. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle. Afterwards it stays on its lees for 9 months follow by the remuage and disgorging. Grape Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir Finished Alcohol: 12%

Vintage by Dom. Ste. Michelle from Columbia Valley, Washington. Luxe is a very delicate Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine crafted in the time-honored methode champenoise tradition. As in Champagne, only free run juice is used which results in extremely delicate flavors. For the 1999 vintage, juice was feremted in French oak after inoculation and aged for 12 months to build layers of flavor and creaminess. The second fermentation in the bottle lasted 20 weeks and then the wine was aged for 3.5 years for added complexity. Even in the glass this sparkling wine will tempt you - a beautiful very pale yellow sparkler with loads of tiny bubbles promises good things to come. Enticing aromas of grapefruit, lemon and pear fill the nose. On the palate tropical pineapple notes are complimented with subtle hints of ginger and a creamy soft mouthfeel. Non-Vintage by Roederer Estate from North Coast, California. Roederer Estate Brut, the first California sparkling wine produced by Champagne Louis Roederer, builds upon a 200-year tradition of fine winemaking that has made Roederer champagne among the most sought-after in the world. Roederer's winemaking style is based on two elements: ownership of its own vineyards and the addition of oak-aged reserve wines to each year's blend or cuvee. All the grapes for the Anderson Valley wines are grown on the Estate. Each year, the winemaker selects a portion of the best wines for aging in Center of France oak casks. Aged from one to three years, wines from this reserve cellar are added to the blend, creating a multi-vintage cuvee in the traditional Roederer style, known for its body, finesse and depth of flavor. The Roederer Estate Brut debuted in October 1988, and has since established its reputation as one of California's premier sparklers, remaining true to the heritage of excellence and style of its French forebears.
