Red Wine by Quinta do Carmo from Portugal. The wine presents beautiful light amber hues. The nose id powerful and ripe, marked by black fruits and a touch of dark chocolate. The toasty vanilla notes obtained from the barrels are elegant and fine, offering a perfect balance with the fruit of the wine. The mouth is rich, concentrated, warm and mellow finishing on gentle tannins.

Red Wine by Quinta do Carmo from Portugal. Blend: 50% Aragonez, 15% Alicante Bouschet, 15%Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Trincadeira Intense ruby red color. Blackberry and blackcurrant on the nose. Well balanced, supple with a long, ample finish. Muscular, with plenty of dark plum and cassis flavors and notes of mineral and liquid smoke. Red Wine by Jose Maria Da Fonseca from Portugal. 100% Castel?o Frances grape For more than 150 years, this landmark wine from the southwestern coast of Portugal has been a welcome guest at the tables of discerning wine drinkers and an international ambassador for fine Portuguese wines. Created by Jose Maria da Fonseca in 1850, Periquita is made primarily from the Castelao Frances grape, an indigenous variety that thrives in southern Portugal and, originally ushered into the public eye by Fonseca, has become nearly synonymous with the highly regarded wines of this historic producer. The wines has a dark ruby color with amber tints. The bouquet is of wild blueberries, vanilla, dried figs, oak and spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied, velvety smooth and well balanced, with soft tannins and a glossy finish. Periquita Classico is made only in vintages of exceptional quality. This is a wine that can be readily enjoyed in youth and will also sustain some 15 years or so aging! Enjoy with red meats, hearty casseroles, stews and flavorful cheeses.

Red Wine by Quinta do Vallado from Portugal. The majority of the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks for a week, while a small portion of the grapes from the old vineyards were foot-trodden and fermented in lagers for the same period. This blend is dark red, with crimson highlights and a mature red fruit nose, with hints of (a local Portuguese herb) and dusty earth. The palate shows great structure and a full-bodied elegance, with mature, round tannins, leading to a long, persistent finish. Enjoy with light meat dishes, such as pork, or flavorful, hard cheeses, such as Italian cow and sheep's milk cheeses. Established in 1999, DOMINI represents a joint venture between Domingos Soares Franco of Jose Maria da Fonseca and Cristiano van Zeller, one of Portugal's famed Douro Boys (a small group of the Douro's top port and table wine producers). Together, these partners have set out on a mission to showcase the full potential of the Douro's grapes, and the excellence this region's dry red table wines are capable of attaining. Grapes are grown on a 28-acre vineyard in the Douro Superior region of northern Portugal. Red Wine by Ramos Pinto from Portugal. Adriano Red 2005 is a blend of three traditional Portuguese red wine grapes: Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Nacional. This varietal blend provides the wine with its structure, smooth tannins, finesse and floral notes on the nose. These grape varietals are fermented in steel vats under controlled temperatures and undergo malolactic fermentation. About 20% of the production is transferred to French oak barrels and the rest remains in steel vats. After 18 months, the wine is bottled. Adriano is a wine with fresh fruit flavors, rich complexity and excellent balance. It is best enjoyed young and is a perfect accompaniment to red meat, game, BBQ, hamburgers, pizza, pasta and vegetables.

Produced from grapes from three different subregions: Baixo Corgo, Cima Corgo, & Douro Superior from some of the best viticultural talent in Portugal. The idea behind this novel project is to take advantage of the climatic and terroir advantages that each of the three Douro sub-regions has to offer. The Douro Superior tends to produce wines of greater strength while the Cima Corgo and Baixo Corgo tends to produce wines with higher levels of natural acidity and elegance. \\xA0
