Red Wine by Two Hands from South Australia, Australia. The Garden Series is a Super Premium range of six Shiraz from six of the finest Shiraz producing regions in Australia. Red Wine by Henry's Drive from South Australia, Australia. The Reserve Shiraz, from an exceptional single vineyard block in Padthaway, immediately impresses with its elegant and powerful aromas of eucalyptus; redolent of towering red gum, fresh violets and roses in bloom. The palate has a rich layer of sweet, concentrated berry fruit and dark chocolate, intermingled with mocha, coffee and spicy cedar oak. Silky and luxurious tannins are superbly balanced to create a lingering finish that remains in the mouth for some time.

Red Wine by Cape d'Estaing from South Australia, Australia. The color of this wine is a very deep red, dark and opaque - typical of Cape d'Estaing wines. The nose is lifted, ripe and forward showing generous plummy Shiraz notes with plenty of complementary oak. The palate is big and full, with rich lingering Shiraz flavors such as spice, plums and berry fruits. The structure is solid and complete with the young tannins providing a great backbone to the palate. The wine was aged in a combination of French (60%) and American oak - 80% hogsheads and 20% barriques. 78% of the barrels were new and the remainder had been used once before. The dense ruby/purple-colored 2003 Shiraz exhibits a distinctive earthy component along with loads of spice, black currant, plum, and sweet pepper-like characteristics, full body, beautiful fruit, and surprising acidity as well as freshness. Red Wine by Rosemount from South Australia, Australia. This Shiraz displays a deep red colour with an intense purple rim. On the nose, mulberry and spice characters are prominent whilst the palate exudes fruit richness and a well integrated, firm tannin structure. A fine, underlying acidity holds the wine in balance and sustains the flavours through to a long, spicy, almost smoky finish.

Red Wine by Wolf Blass from South Australia, Australia. The 2005 Wolf Blass Presidents Selection Shiraz is rich red in color with deep purple hues. The wine displays aromas of raspberries and plums supported by varietal characteristic white pepper and spice notes. The palate is rich, round and soft, with concentrated berry fruit and great length of flavor. 14 months barrel maturation in seasoned and new American and French oak has enhanced the complexity and integration of the fine, velvety tannins. Red Wine by 2 up from South Australia, Australia. The 2006 Shiraz is vibrant crimson with purple hues. It has aromas of rich dark berry fruits with hints of plum, dark cherry and integrated oak. The palate displays lifted blackberries with spicy stewed plums and dark cherries. The long lingering finish reflects the dark berry fruits and fine tannins. Red Wine by Woop Woop from South Australia, Australia. The fruit is sourced from some of South Australia's best growing regions including 60% McLaren Vale and 29% Langhorne Creek Shiraz. The wine is matured with the light use of French and American oak. This is another delicious Woop Woop Shiraz. It is deep in colour and the nose is inviting. With oodles of rich, opulent Shiraz fruit the palate delivers a lush mouthfeel, bursting with blackberry fruit juice, blueberry jam and licorice - chock full of quintessential Aussie character.

Red Wine by Oxford Landing from South Australia, Australia. Fruit parcels were selected in the vineyard on the basis of their flavor and tannin structure. Many of the parcels were sourced from older, lower yielding Shiraz blocks at Oxford Landing and their growers' vineyards in the surrounding area. These parcels were then fermented in a combination of static fermenters and roto-fermenters to ensure maximum extraction of varietal fruit flavors and tannins. The result is a deep purple red wine with touches of ruby. Lifted dark berry and plum fruit aromas dominate the nose with hints of chocolate and anise. The palate is smooth and even with generous fruit flavors of licorice, raspberry and allspice. Soft tannins and berry fruit persistence lead to a long, slightly savory finish.

Red Wine by Oxford Landing from South Australia, Australia. Oxford Landing Shiraz 2005 is deep purple red in colour with hints of ruby. Lifted notes of red berry fruits and plums on the nose with hints of white pepper and anise. Layers of raspberry and cherry fruit lead to a generous mid -palate. Soft tannins complement the length of fruit flavour and the mid palate fruit sweetness.
