Color: A pale straw yellow Aroma: Clean and intense Taste: It is medium bodied with a fresh crisp character and firm structure, as well as a pleasant golden apple aftertaste.

White Wine by Keller Estate from Sonoma County, California. The La Cruz Chardonnay is crafted in the rich, full blown style frequently found in California Chardonnays. The aromas are of pear, ripe yellow apple, baking spice, hazelnut and wet stone. This is a well knit, beautifully proportioned Chardonnay showing flavors of pear, stone fruit and vanilla joined by hints of lemon and hazelnut on the finish. While impressive richness and structure provide a foundation for development over the next few years, this vintage is remarkably integrated and approachable even in its youth.

Flavors of peach and cre`me brulee continue through the palate into a silky, yet crisp mouthfeel. White Wine by Treana from Central Coast, California. Treana White is a Rhone-style blend of Marsanne and Viognier, two varieties that thrive in California's Central Coast growing region. Fruit for the blend is sourced from the renowned Mer Soleil Vineyard in Monterey County. Cool maritime winds off the bay keep the vineyards temperate all summer long. One of the coolest vintages in recent memory, 2005 offered ideal conditions for Viognier and Marsanne resulting in a wine of excellent balance and complexity. The 2005 Treana White displays elegant varietal characteristics; vibrant floral aromas of honeysucke and jasmine are followed by ripe stone fruit flavors, hints of pear and honey overtones. Solid minerality lends complexity and structure. The mouthfeel is lush and full, while bright acidity cleans the palate offering ease and versatility to food pairing. The 2005 Treana White will age beautifully over the next decade.

White Wine by St. Supery from Napa Valley, California. Wonderful aromas of ruby grapefruit, lime juice and honeysuckle join with a vibrant core of grapefruit, hints of pineapple, nectarine and lemon grass. The texture is inviting and supple with enough racy acidity to keep it all focused.
