White Wine by Ironstone from California. Blend: 94% Chardonnay, 6% French Colombard The 2005 Ironstone Vineyards Chardonnay has wonderful aromas of citrus and fresh cut green apples. Its crisp, mineral style is delightfully refreshing with flavors of pineapple, peaches and mountain-ripe apples. The finish is crisp and clean, and balanced nicely by mild acidity. The Chardonnay grape is extremely versatile and pairs well with many types of cuisine. It's a favorite for chicken dishes in light cream sauces as well as seafood alfredo. It pairs nicely with sauteed pork tenderloin covered with a fruit salsa.

White Wine by Bogle from California. Bogle's 2005 Chardonnay has a little something for everyone: barrel fermentation, sur-lies aging, and partial malolactic fermentation. These hand-crafted processes create a rich and elegant wine with layers of complexity. Fresh tropical fruits like pineapple, mango and green apple greet both the nose and palate upon first sip, followed up by a touch of lemon cream. Complimented by more creamy notes of butterscotch and caramel, the wine has a long, lingering finish hinting of toasty oak.
