Its crisp, mineral style is delightfully refreshing with flavors of pineapple, peaches and mountain-ripe apples. The finish is crisp and clean, and balanced nicely by mild acidity. The Chardonnay grape is extremely versatile and pairs well with many types of cuisine. It's a favorite for chicken dishes in light cream sauces as well as seafood alfredo. It pairs nicely with sauteed pork tenderloin covered with a fruit salsa.
