White Wine by Ruffino from Tuscany, Italy. Straw yellow in color with greenish tones. Libaio is fresh and complex with delicate flowery aromas and vibrant fruit notes for cirtrus fruit and golden apples. The finish features slightly aromatic notes of sage and a hint of bread due to the times spent on the yeast at the end of fermentation. On the palate, Libaio has a fresh and fragrant, delightfully well-balanced profile. Even in the mouth, the hint of golden apple and bread can still be tasted leading to a sweet finish of honey and orange peel.
