The wine has many other flavor dimensions, notably beautiful hints of minerality. No doubt time in French oak has added to the wine's complexity. The wine has a wonderful mouth feel and silky texture, with the fruit notes lingering long on the finish.

White Wine by Yalumba from Barossa Valley, Australia. Bright and round, with a coconut edge to the pear and tropical fruit flavors. Medium bodied with a lingering polished finish. Stainless steel fermented.
