Red Wine by Dominio de Tares from Ribera del Duero, Spain. Shows a deep red claret colour with violet hue towards the rim. Powerful nose with ripe red fruit, and hint of violets and minerals. Fresh, elegant and clean, delicious with plenty of varietal flavors on the palate. Sweet tannins and refreshing but integrated acidity. This purple-colored effort exhibits an attractive bouquet of minerals, earth, black cherry and raspberry. This is followed by a medium-bodied wine with concentrated, ripe fruit, excellent depth, and a pure finish. -The Wine Advocate
