Soils: Sandy, stony, fossils present - produces concentrated, powerful wines SAN POLO VINEYARD Location: Southern Montalcino, near the Monte Amiata Mountain, the largest mountain in southern Tuscany Soils: Sandy, stony, fossils present - produces concentrated, powerful wines Aromas of ripe fruit, almost cooked with hints of spices.
