Red Wine by Bodegas Fernando Remirez de Ganuza from Rioja, Spain. From a serious, artisinal Rioja producer, this unfined/unfiltered 2002 (a blend of old vine Tempranillo, Graciano, and Grenache) boasts a dark ruby/plum color along with notes of creosote, vanilla, black cherry, and cassis.
