Libaio is fresh and complex with delicate flowery aromas and vibrant fruit notes for cirtrus fruit and golden apples. The finish features slightly aromatic notes of sage and a hint of bread due to the times spent on the yeast at the end of fermentation. On the palate, Libaio has a fresh and fragrant, delightfully well-balanced profile. Even in the mouth, the hint of golden apple and bread can still be tasted leading to a sweet finish of honey and orange peel.
